These are the Tiny Talks of my 3-year-old “big” girl, Bella. For more Tiny Talks, head over to Mary’s at Not Before 7
After dinner, I found rice and chocolate cake bits all over the floor under Bella’s chair. As I was cleaning up…
Me: Wow, look at this mess! Who ate here? Did little puppy eat here?
Bella: No, Mommy! I ate the doggy!
Wow…is this how people start streotyping Koreans? :-) FYI, Bella did not eat the doggy!! Besides, we don’t have one. *^^*
Watching a commercial on TV with an Asian lady,
Bella: Mommy, that’s Halmoney (Grandma in Korean)! See that, Halmoney right there?!
Pointing at a little Asian girl on a magazine,
Bella: Mommy, that’s Bella!
So, it’s not just Americans. Even we Asians can’t tell ourselves apart. :-)
While having breakfast with Mommy in the kitchen…
Bella: We can’t open four. We have to wait. The doggy is sad and kitty in the snow. And FOX!!! Can I do Christmas, Mommy? I wanna do Christmas. Who pat the kitty, Mommy?
What now? :-( It took me few more sips of coffee before I realized that she was talking about the advent calendar on the computer her great aunt sent, which we’ve been opening everyday.
